Our Custom Design Process

Whether you want to create your own design from scratch or just make some modifications to one of our existing designs, we're here to help you bring your dream piece to life. We specialize in creating custom pieces for everyday or any special occasion, and we make the experience seamless, enjoyable, and tailored to you.

Step 1
Fill out our Custom Design form and share your ideas—photos, sketches, or even just a concept. If you're not entirely sure what you want, our designers can help clarify your vision and guide you through diamond shapes, settings, metal options, and design styles.

Step 2
If you're designing a piece where you'd like to select your own center diamond, you can choose from our collection of ethically-created, premium-quality lab grown diamonds. We can help you narrow down the perfect diamond, or if you'd prefer, we can choose the best one for your design.

Step 3
We create digital CAD renderings so you can preview your custom piece. We'll provide an estimate for your project, but it may change depending on what revisions are made. We'll help revise and refine the design until it’s perfect.

Step 4
Once your design is approved, your jewelry begins production by our skilled artisans using premium materials and precise techniques. Every piece is made with exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest quality, beauty, and durability.

Step 5
Once completed, our team will inspect your jewelry to make sure it meets our quality standards. We will contact you to coordinate your shipment since a signature will be required for delivery. Your custom design is then shipped securely and ready to be worn, gifted, or celebrated!
