Warranty

At LabGrownDiamonds.com, we our dedicated to providing the highest quality jewelry and lab grown diamonds, crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. Each piece is carefully crafted just for you, so it’s important to note that slight variations are expected. 

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, and our warranty guarantees that your jewelry is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. In the rare instance you discover your piece has a manufacturing defect within 180 days of purchase, contact us and we‘ll make it right by either repairing or replacing your jewelry at no cost to you.

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, misshapen bands
• Damage resulting from trauma, accidents, or cracked or lost center stones
• Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care
• Damage due to improper cleaning and storage
• Product loss or theft

If your ring or jewelry is damaged in an accident beyond normal wear and tear, of course we would still like to help! While it would fall outside our warranty and complimentary services, please email hello@labgrowndiamonds.com to see how we can help facilitate repair.

Please note that your warranty will be voided if any repairs or alterations made to the product by a third-party retailer or service company. Furthermore, the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please email hello@labgrowndiamonds with your order number, clear images and/or videos of the jewelry with the area of concern, and any helpful details about how or when the issue was noticed.

If we determine your jewelry is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid insured shipping label and necessary paperwork so you can send the jewelry to us. If we determine the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will send you an estimate for the repair. 

Jewelry Care

To properly maintain your jewelry, remember to remove your ring when working out, gardening, swimming, showering, and when you’re doing anything that might be tough on hands or could catch your ring. Avoid spraying perfumes or other chemicals directly on the jewelry. 

Insurance 

We will not replace center diamonds as part of our warranty. We recommend insuring your ring or jewelry through a reputable insurance company. Most homeowners and renters insurance policies have limits on jewelry, so you may consider adding a Personal Articles policy through your insurer or look into jewelry-specific insurance such as Jewelers Mutual or BriteCo.
