Absolutely amazing experience with Shelly! I had an idea in mind similar to something they had but custom, she provided drawings and even called me to verify, made a custom ring for my future husband, in my budget and every part of the experience was smooth! Even the delivery was exceptional - the packaging and the hand written notes, incredible!! I wish more customer service was like this. 10/10 I would recommend and purchase from them again!

I reached out to see about processing times as I am working on a somewhat tight schedule. Shelly got back to me right away (on a Saturday no less!) And continued to provide me with frequent updates, which really put me at ease!
She worked with me on the best packaging/ signature requirements for my situation, and then shipped it out on express overnight delivery as soon as she received it (despite the fact that I paid for standard shipping). I received it in a little under a week, which was faster that I had initially hoped.
I am absolutely thrilled with the diamond I received! We got a 1.18 k internally flawless oval cut diamond for $397 (not counting taxes and shipping). It's perfect for our budget, and I did not have to make any concessions on the size or sparkle!
I have no intention of returning it as I am quite happy, but knowing that they have a 30 day return policy really took the pressure off! If you do need to return a loose stone, just make sure you don't lose any of the paper work! If you do, there is a restocking fee

This is our third piece from Lab Grown and I want to say it is my favorite because it's the newest and largest, but they are all great pieces that work on their own or separately, depending on the amount of sparkle I want. This band looks great alone, but really makes a nice statement when stacked with one of the others. I just feel better and maybe a little more 'put together' when I wear it. And it gets noticed and complimented without being over the top. Love it!
I bought these lab-grown diamond studs expecting “cute sparkle.” What I got was main character energy. I put them on and immediately started tilting my head in conversations like I’m in a shampoo commercial. People are listening to me more. Birds may be chirping louder. Coincidence? Unclear.
The diamonds are so sparkly it’s honestly disrespectful for something this small to be this powerful. Lab-grown or not, they have real diamond audacity. I’ve worn them to brunch, Target, and absolutely nowhere special, and every time they whisper, “You deserve nice things.”
They’re lightweight, comfortable, and secure—unlike my impulse control. Also love that they’re lab-grown because I get to feel ethically responsible and financially reckless at the same time.
10/10 would buy again. If you’re looking for earrings that say “effortless,” “classy,” and “I might be judging you, but kindly,” these are it. 💎✨

We love our diamond bands and highly recommend. When they arrived, we were pretty ecstatic because they were exactly as we hoped and maybe even a little nicer and brighter than we expected. They look incredible on their own, but we have them stacked behind a slightly thicker simple band. People comment and want to see my ring up close all the time. We are both so happy with these rings. They exceeded every expectation. We shopped around and I really do not think we could have done any better.
