Shipping policy
Most items are made-to-order and ship after approximately 4-5 weeks. Some jewelry such as stud earrings may be available more quickly, and can often ship within 3-5 business days.

Free Shipping
Express 2-Day insured shipping is free for all orders shipped within the United States, and Overnight insured shipping is free within the United States for orders over $2500. Packages are shipped with either FedEx or UPS express services with guaranteed delivery in 1 or 2 business days.
NOTE: Processing your order may still take up to 4-5 weeks before your order ships, despite what shipping method is offered or selected.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
Signature Required for All Deliveries
All jewelry shipments to residential addresses will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
Signature Physical Address Requirement
We will ship only to a physical home address or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Unfortunately, at this time we're unable to ship internationally.
FedEx Hold Option
If there will be no one available to sign for the package for a home delivery, we can arrange for a FedEx hold on your package so you can pick it up at your nearest FedEx location. Please email us at hello@labgrowndiamonds.com or text/call 303-578-6464 to let us know if you would like to arrange this option.
Shipping Issues
In the unfortunate event of a package being delivered empty or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately notify LabGrownDiamonds.com via email to hello@labgrowndiamonds.com or via text at 303-578-6464. This is required to start a trace with the shipping carrier and file an insurance claim. If the customer doesn’t report the shipping issue with 7 business days, no refund will be issued for the lost or missing portion of the sale.
