Refund policy

Free 30-Day Returns

At LabGrownDiamonds.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase. If for any reason that is not the case, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Returned item(s) must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags and labels intact and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase in order for us to accept them and for you to receive a full refund. There is a $75 restocking fee if the diamond paperwork or packaging is missing, so please hold on to everything when you receive your order.

If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact us at hello@labgrowndiamonds.com within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for insured shipping along with instructions for returning the item(s). 

Please note, returns showing signs of wear or damage in any way or returned packages received without prior authorization will not be accepted for return or full reimbursement.

If you return your order or cancel during production, your next purchase will qualify for exchange instead of free return.

Orders that have been previously exchanged, resized or already changed (e.g. sized by another jeweler) and custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges

If the item has been worn, you are outside the return window, or you’re interested in an exchange, we'd love to help. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to hello@labgrowndiamonds.com to explore your options.


Return Shipping Responsibility Policy

To ensure safe and timely returns, we will provide pre-paid shipping labels with specific instructions on the designated carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS). It is the client's responsibility to use the correct carrier and drop-off location.

We are not liable for lost or misrouted packages resulting from:

  • Dropping return packages in the wrong carrier's drop box.
  • Failing to follow the provided return shipping instructions.
  • Altering or reusing the return label on a different shipment.

To avoid issues, we recommend:

  • Dropping returns off directly at a staffed carrier location.
  • Requesting a drop-off receipt or tracking confirmation.

Incorrect use of the shipping label may void your return eligibility and reimbursement.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned order, we will inspect the item(s) to verify the condition. If eligible, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. 

For credit card refunds, please allow up to one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. 

 

Resizing

If you order an engagement ring or wedding band and love it, but didn’t quite get the ring size right, don’t worry! We’ll resize your ring for free within one year of purchase and within 1.5 sizes up or down. Eternity-style bands and rings are unable to be resized and instead must be re-made in the correct ring size. 

Please note that we will resize rings as long as we can maintain the integrity of the ring. If a ring is resized too many times, it may not be able to be resized again. At that point, you may opt for a new setting or other repairs at an additional charge in order to get the ring to fit.

 

Changes to the Return Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
