Twenty-eight emerald cut lab grown diamonds of about 0.05 carat each, turned sideways on a 14mm hoop, roughly 1.5 carats in total. Inside out means the diamonds run along the front and the inner face of the hoop, so they show from the front when the earring is worn. For larger stones, the 2 carat version uses 22 diamonds of about 0.09 carat on the same 14mm hoop, and the 3 carat version uses 20 diamonds of about 0.15 carat at 14.5mm. Classic prong set in 14K white, yellow or rose gold, with a hinged snap closure. Colorless (E/F+), VS+ clarity.
